Kenneth Lorman Promoted to First Vice President
Falcon Real Estate is pleased to announce the promotion of Kenneth Lorman to First Vice President. In making this announcement, Howard Hallengren, Chairman of Falcon Real Estate said, “Ken has taken on increasing responsibilities in recent years both as to Falcon’s real estate acquisition activities and as to our overall new business efforts. Ken has become a key member of Falcon and his promotion is well deserved.”
Kenneth Lorman is located in the company’s New York office and is responsible for property acquisitions in the Northeastern section of the United States, with a focus on New York City and Boston and their immediate suburban areas. He joined Falcon in 1998, prior to which he was a ratings analyst with Standard & Poor’s in New York City. In 1997 he earned a masters degree in real estate investment from New York University. Ken graduated from Lehigh University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting, and he is a Certified Public Accountant.
