The principals of Falcon Real Estate, who have been representing non-U.S. investors for over 20 years, are especially sensitive to the need for proper tax structuring and confidentiality when advising those clients. Investors from various parts of the world will have different investment objectives, distinct risk parameters and varying tax problems. Falcon consults with each client to make sure that an investment program is structured to meet the client’s particular needs.
