Miami, known as the “Gateway and Business Capital of the Americas”, is a major international trading hub and is considered to be the financial center for Latin America. Many major foreign corporations and banks have their Latin American headquarters in Miami. The population of the area continues to rise, as the metro region attracts new residents, both from the United States and abroad. The adjacent markets of Southeast Florida, including Broward County (Ft. Lauderdale) and Palm Beach County are also experiencing strong growth.

The Atlanta Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) is the eleventh largest metro area in the U.S., with an estimated population of 3.4 million people. In recent years, Atlanta;s population growth was second only to Phoenix as the fastest growing metropolitan area in the country. Atlanta continually is recognized as an attractive location for business, being ranked as one of the “World’s Best Business Cities” by Fortune Magazine.
Orlando is another city that merits attention since in recent years it has had the third highest growth rate of any major metropolitan area in the country. Orlando’s growth was originally triggered by Disney World and other amusement parks, but the city has now developed a strong and diverse economy.
