Howard E. Hallengren
Chairman

Howard Hallengren has extensive management experience
in the real estate investment field. Prior to forming Falcon, Mr.
Hallengren was Chief Investment Officer and Product Manager for
the International Private Banking Department of the Chase Manhattan
Bank. In that capacity, he had overall responsibility for the banks
real estate investments on behalf of non-U.S. investors. Before
joining Chase, Mr. Hallengren was Chief Investment Officer at The
First National Bank of Chicago. During his tenure there, he also
served as Chairman of the Real Estate Investment Committee, which
supervised the Trust Departments real estate investments.
Mr. Hallengren is a graduate of Princeton University and received
his masters degree in business administration from the University
of Chicago.

Jack D. Miller
President

Jack Miller joined Falcon after serving as Manager
of the Real Estate Investment Division within Private Banking International
at the Chase Manhattan Bank. In that role, he had direct responsibility
for property acquisition, property management and mortgage financing.
Like Mr. Hallengren, Mr. Miller also came to Chase from The First
National Bank of Chicago, where he served for ten years in the banks
real estate investment division. He is a founding member of the
Accounting Standards Committee of the National Council of Real Estate
Investment Fiduciaries, which is the coordinating group that sets
accounting standards for U.S. institutional investors. Mr. Miller
received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and a master
of finance in real estate from De Paul University, as well as a
masters degree in business administration from the University
of Chicago.

Scott A. Sweeney
Executive Vice President

Scott Sweeney is responsible for the asset management
activities of the company. Located in Falcons San Diego, California
office, Mr. Sweeney is responsible for directing the management
and leasing efforts of the properties for which Falcon has responsibility.
He was formerly with Fenton-Western Properties, San Diego, as a
real estate asset manager from 1990 to 1993, and was a vice president
with a subsidiary of Cornerstone Bank in Orange County, California,
as an asset manager, from 1985 to 1990. Mr. Sweeney has a Certified
Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management
and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of California.
He received a bachelor of business administration degree from the
University of San Diego.

David A. Hill
Executive Vice President

Located in Falcons Dallas, Texas office,
David Hill has managerial responsibility for the accounting and
tax structuring activities for all of the properties and holding
companies managed by Falcon. He is also responsible for property
acquisition in the southwestern states and in Washington D.C. Mr.
Hill has been working in the Texas real estate market since 1979.
He is a Certified Public Accountant, formerly employed at Arthur
Andersen & Company, and he is a licensed real estate broker.
From 1984 to 1990, he was the chief financial officer of Arthur-Sterritt
Partners, a diversified real estate development company, and was
President of their property management division. Mr. Hill has both
a bachelor and a master of business administration degree from the
College of William and Mary in Virginia.

Robert M. Moreira,
Jr.
Senior Vice President

Mr. Moreira is located in Falcon’s Miami, Florida office and has overall responsibility for property acquisition in the eastern United States. In addition, he has supervisory responsibility for Falcon's special investment group. Mr. Moreira began his real estate career in 1984 with Barnett Banks in Miami as a real estate loan officer, and subsequently worked for the International Private Banking Department of the Chase Manhattan Bank as the acquisition officer for the Southeast region of the country. Mr. Moreira received both a BS and an MBA degree from the University of Miami. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts.

Amaury de Parcevaux
Vice President, and
Marketing Director

Amaury de Parcevaux is located in New York and is a Vice President and Marketing Director of Falcon, focusing primarily on French speaking countries, as well as being responsible for business development in Latin America. Mr. de Parcevaux has had over 18 years experience in marketing to high-net-worth individuals, and comes to Falcon from Morgan Stanley, where he was a First Vice President in the Wealth Management department. Prior to that, he worked in the Private Banking department of Merrill Lynch, at Citibank and Deutsche Bank in New York, and at Dresdner Bank and BHF-Bank in Frankfurt. Mr. de Parcevaux graduated in 1988 from the European Business School (Oestrich-Winkel, Paris and London) with a Master’s Degree in Finance.

Laurence E. Dooley
Director

Laurence Dooley is located in the companys
Chicago, Illinois office. He is Falcons Middle East Marketing
Representative, with responsibility for business development and
client relations in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and other countries in
the Middle East region. He also has property acquisition responsibility
in the Central United States. Mr. Dooley has extensive experience
in commercial real estate, having entered the field in 1970 in Chicago.
As with others at Falcon, Mr. Dooley has had several years of experience
at First Chicago, as well as with Chase Banks International
Private Banking Department. While at Chase, he headed the real estate
investment offices in both Houston and Miami. His international
background includes assignments related to U.S. real estate while
stationed in Hong Kong and later in Mexico. He is a graduate of
Xavier University in Ohio.

Georg L. Peters
Vice President, and
Director of Marketing, Europe

Georg Peters is a Vice President and Director
of Marketing for Europe, with responsibility for business development
and client relations in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and other
European countries. He started his professional career in the banking
industry in 1978 and has been active in corporate finance since
1982 when he joined Deutsche Bank AG, Frankfurt, moving to New York
City in November 1986. Immediately prior to joining Falcon, Mr.
Peters was a Vice President and Manager of the Financial Institutions
Group at Norddeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale New York Branch, where
he had extensive exposure to real estate opportunity funds. Being
a Belgian citizen, his international background includes banking
in Belgium, Germany and the United States.

Robert Moreira, Senior Vice President, and Larry Dooley, Director,
in addition to those listed below:
Kenneth C. Lorman
Vice President

Kenneth Lorman is a Vice President and Acquisitions
Officer for Falcon Real Estate located in the companys New
York office. He is responsible for property acquisitions in the
Northeastern section of the United States, with a focus on New York
City and Boston and their immediate suburban areas. He joined Falcon
in 1998, prior to which he was a ratings analyst with Standard &
Poors in New York City. In 1997 he earned a masters degree
in real estate investment from New York University. Mr. Lorman graduated
from Lehigh University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science degree
in accounting, and he is a Certified Public Accountant.

Adam E. Doud
Acquisitions Representative

Adam Doud is located in Falcon’s San Diego office as our West Coast Acquisitions Representative. He has responsibility for reviewing potential property purchases in such major real estate markets as Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle and Phoenix. Mr. Doud has over six years experience in the real estate field, having
worked with CB Commercial and Colliers Seeley, both real estate
brokerage firms in Southern California. He received his bachelors
degree from the University of California, San Diego and received
a masters degree in real estate finance from San Diego State
University in 2003.

Carl Omark
Vice President

Carl Omark is a Vice President and Asset Manager
in Falcon's New York office. Carl is responsible for managing a
portfolio of properties on the East Coast and in the Midwest. Prior
to joining Falcon, Carl spent 17 years with Devon Properties, a
New York based real estate investment management company, handling
assets on behalf of European investors. Carl also worked for the
Rouse Company in New York as Controller for the South Street Seaport.
Carl received a bachelor's degree in accounting from Rutgers University
and has continued his real estate education at the MIT Center for
Real Estate in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Laurence A. Welsh
Vice President

Laurence Welsh, located in Falcon’s Washington, DC office, is responsible for handling a wide variety of asset management assignments.
Before joining Falcon, Mr. Welsh managed a 1.2 million square foot
portfolio of commercial office space in Northern Virginia for TrizecHahn
Office Properties. Prior to that, he was responsible for financial,
operational and physical review and analysis for Cassidy & Pinkard,
a boutique brokerage firm in the Washington, DC area. His initial
real estate experience came from several years spent working with
Heitman Financial, a Chicago based real estate investment company.
Mr. Welsh, who is a licensed real estate broker in the District
of Columbia, Virginia and Maryland, received a bachelor of arts
degree in communication with a minor in business administration
from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. Mr.
Welsh received his Masters Degree in Real Estate from Johns
Hopkins University in 2003.

Paul D. Zurlo
Vice President

Paul Zurlo is a Vice President and Asset Manager
in the Chicago office of Falcon Real Estate. Paul received an MBA
in finance from the Graduate School of Finance at DePaul University
in Chicago and he is a Certified Public Accountant. Prior to joining
Falcon, Paul was an asset manager for a global real estate fund
being managed by the HDG Mansur Group of Indianapolis. He has also
worked as an asset manager with Trammel Crow Entities and JPI Partners,
and was an accounting manager for Orix Real Estate Equities. At
Falcon, Paul will have responsibility for a portfolio of properties
in the Midwestern and Southeastern states.

Timothy P. Puhek
Asset Manager

Timothy Puhek is an asset manager for Falcon Real
Estate located in Falcons San Diego, California office. He
is responsible for asset management in the western region, primarily
covering properties located in the states of California, Oregon
and Washington. Prior to joining Falcon, Mr. Puhek was a senior
property manager with Morris Piha Real Estate Services in Seattle,
Washington. He is a graduate of the University of Washington with
a Bachelor of Society and Justice degree. Mr. Puhek is also a licensed
real estate agent and a Notary Public.

Scott Bennett
Portfolio Manager

Scott Bennett is working in the New York branch office located in Shrewsbury, New Jersey, as a Portfolio Manager.
His primary responsibility is the coordination and implementation of the various condominium conversion projects that Falcon is managing on behalf of its investors. In addition, he provides management assistance on a portfolio of corporate properties in the Southeastern United States. Mr. Bennett has 12 years of senior-level business management experience, and was most recently employed by the County of Ocean, New Jersey, as Director of Economic Development and General Manager of Ocean County Executive Airport. His background includes experience in strategic planning, quantitative analysis and project management. He received a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Connecticut and an MBA in finance from Montclair State University.

David A. Simmons
Asset Manager

David Simmons is an Asset Manager working out
of Falcon's California office. He manages the multi-family properties
in Seattle and also has responsibility for the office, retail, and
industrial properties in the Chicago and Mid-West Region of the
United States. Before joining Falcon in 1999, Mr. Simmons was a
property manager at Torrey Pines Property Management in La Jolla,
California where he managed a diverse portfolio of multi-family,
office, and retail properties. Mr. Simmons received a bachelor of
business administration degree from Bryant College in Smithfield,
Rhode Island. He graduated magna cum laude in 1983. He is a licensed
real estate sales associate in California and is currently a candidate
for the designation of Certified Property Manager awarded by the
Institute of Real Estate Management.

Norman Hill
Financial Controller

Serving as Financial Controller out of Falcons
Dallas, Texas office, Norman Hill has overall supervisory responsibility
for the companys financial accounting, reporting and analysis
functions. Mr. Hill joined Falcon in August 2002 with fourteen years
experience in the commercial real estate industry, nine of which
were in financial accounting. Prior to joining Falcon, Mr. Hill
worked with L&B Realty Advisors, Inc. a Dallas based national
real estate advisory firm serving institutional clients. During
his tenure with the firm, he served in a variety of positions including
associate asset manager, associate portfolio manager, financial
systems manager and property controller. A graduate of Texas Tech
University, Mr. Hill has a bachelor of business administration degree
in finance.

Rebecca L. Wilson
Senior Accountant

Rebecca Wilson has been in the real estate industry
since 1991. A licensed real estate broker, she has experience in
the investment, development, marketing and management of both residential
and commercial properties. After studying business at the University
of Texas at Tyler, she began her real estate career in sales before
moving into investment and development. Prior to coming to Falcon,
she has worked as the project manager and director of operations
on a number of mixed use developments throughout Texas, as well
as the acquisition of commercial properties in nine different states.
Located in Falcon's Dallas, Texas office, Ms. Wilson has responsibility
for reporting to clients who are invested in Falcons syndicated
transactions. In addition, she has responsibilities associated with
the accounting and performance reporting for the properties that
Falcon manages.

Angela D. Bleckner
Accountant

Angie Bleckner has had over 20 years accounting experience in the commercial real estate industry. Immediately before joining Falcon, she spent seven years with Centre Companies in Dallas as an accounting supervisor. Prior to that, she worked at both Fults Realty Corporation and Trammel Crow and was responsible in both positions for the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements and property budget preparation. Ms. Bleckner is responsible for all accounting related activities for a portfolio of properties managed by Falcon Real Estate on the East Coast and in the Midwest. She has a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from Stephen F. Austin State University and is a licensed real estate salesperson in Texas.

Laura Paz
Accountant

Laura Paz is an Accountant in Falcons Dallas,
Texas office. Ms. Paz is responsible for preparing quarterly accounting
reports for a portfolio of properties on the East Coast and in the
Midwest. Ms. Paz has been in the commercial real estate industry
over nine years, all of which have been in property management.
Prior to joining Falcon, Ms. Paz held an assistant property manager/administrative
position with Centre Leasing and Management, a local Dallas property
management company. Ms. Paz is fully bi-lingual in English and Spanish
and is currently working towards a degree in business management
from Richland College.

Patricia Gentry
Accountant

Trish Gentry began her real estate accounting career in 1995 as an Assistant Community Director for Greystar Management Services, a multi-family investment and management company. Ms. Gentry has over nine years of advanced accounting experience. Prior to joining Falcon, Ms. Gentry served as an Assistant Controller in the security surveillance and medical imaging industry, managing accounting and office operations for local companies with multiple entities. Currently Ms. Gentry, who is located in Falcon’s Dallas office, is responsible for accounting related activities for a portfolio of properties managed by Falcon Real Estate.

Tamela Newton
Accountant

Tamela Newton, who has over 15 years of accounting experience, began focusing on real estate in 2004 when working for the Centre Companies in Dallas. In that position she supervised the maintenance and preparation of financial statements and reports for approximately fifteen office and retail properties. Immediately prior to 2004, she worked for United Metal Fabricators as a bookkeeper, where her duties included accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, payroll and customer service. She joined Falcon’s Dallas accounting unit in 2006 and is currently responsible for accounting related activities for a portfolio of properties managed by Falcon. Ms. Newton has an Accounting Associate degree from Mountain View College and a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management degree from Northwood University.
